Yet another trip to my new favourite photo location. The Garmisch-Partenkirchen area is a photographers wonderland with quite a few prime photo locations. The close proximity to Austria makes this area even more interesting, as you can include some great locations in Tirol into your trip. The beautiful waterfalls of the region were our main destinations on this trip. We also managed to pay a visit to Germanys highest mountain,the Zugspitze on a beautiful clear winter day.The 360 degree visibility was breathtaking. And finally we went to the Partnachklamm once again. With fresh snow and ice on the walls,the Klamm looked just awesome.
