Our first trip to the Alps in winter. We were waiting for quite some time now, to get a chance to visit our favourite location in Bavaria after a snowstorm.Finally we got our chance. We had perfect conditions when we arrived. The sun was breaking through and the snow was fresh and unspoiled. The clear nights had just one disadvantage, it got very cold at night and it was not really a pleasure to shoot sunrise at minus 17 degrees celcius. My camera gear was soon covered with a solid ice layer... But looking at the pictures, i think it was worth all the effort. Enjoy.
